Council Bluffs does not provide adequate services for Latino residents, forcing many to travel to Omaha for their needs, according to a study released Friday.
The report from the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Office of Latino and Latin American Studies and the Iowa West Foundation noted that Latino residents told those conducting the survey that the city lacked programs for entrepreneurship, GED programs offered in Spanish and other opportunities.
