Women, Wine and Wellness is coming to Prairie Crossing Vineyard and Winery on July 13.

In collaboration between co-hosts Blair Chiropractic and Prairie Crossing, the event invites women to treat themselves to a healthier and more focused version of themselves, according to event detailed listed on Facebook.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., women are invited to taste wine and craft brew samples from Prairie Crossing and Doll Distributing at the vineyard on 31506 Pioneer Trail in Treynor.

After the social hour, local service producers will host tables, information and activities centered on health and wellness.

Blair Chiropractic, Life Dimensions by Ilona, Massage by Monique, Studio Bliss Yoga, Young Living Essential Oils and Prairie Crossing are demonstrating products and techniques.

“This event focuses on women’s health and wellness because women are the connectors of their families, they are the foundation of their communities, the conduits for change and progress in the world,” Dr. Alissa Blair said. “Too often I see moms and other women come into my clinic that are completely exhausted from caring for everyone else.”

Upon arrival, ticket holders will receive a “goodie” bag and be entered into a drawing for a wellness gift basket.

“This night is about letting us take care of you. We want to give women the tools to holistically enhance their well-being,” Blair said.

Tickets are $5 and must be purchased in advance through this website:

Only 75 tickets will be sold.
