HDTV Winner

Bill Huddle of Neola and his daughter, Pearl, came to The Nonpareil Tuesday to pick up a 42-inch HDTV after Bill's bracket won first prize in the 2013 College Basketball Bracket Challenge, sponsored by Hy-Vee.

Bill Huddle has a good problem.

The Neola resident needs to decide where his new 42-inch HDTV will go. He topped 135 entrants in the 2013 College Basketball Bracket Challenge, sponsored by Hy-Vee, to win the prize.

When Huddle saw his name atop the leaderboard after Louisville held off Michigan 82-76 to win the national championship on Monday night, he was quite surprised.

Huddle and his daughter, Pearl, stopped by The Nonpareil on Tuesday afternoon to pick up his prize -- leading to a problem he's sure he can solve.

"I think I can find a place for it," he said.
