Although it's winter, southwest Iowa residents certainly know a thing or two about summer's sport -- baseball.

Nearly three-quarters of entries into The Daily Nonpareil's Hall of Fame trivia challenge answered every question correctly, meaning the three winners were randomly drawn among those with a perfect score.

The winners are:

• Ken Friesen of Crescent won the grand prize: Bert Sugar's "Baseball" book.

• Erika Haris of Council Bluffs got second place and will receive a DVD of baseball's best bloopers of all time.

• Dan DeWitt of Council Bluffs earned a 16-month Hall of Fame calendar, the third prize.

Thanks to everyone who played for participating in this contest, and check back with for additional contests soon!
