Juan Adrada

Juan Adrada is a floor tech in the Environmental Services Department and has been with CHI Health Mercy for five years.

Adrada loves ensuring that everything is nice and clean for our patients.

“The most rewarding thing about working at Mercy is getting to visit with the patients, keeping their room clean and overall keeping the patient happy,” he said. “My focus is keeping the patient and family members happy with my work.”

Adrada’s favorite acronym is “STAT!” “In our job, you need to be there in a minute to clean up a mess,” he said.”

He was born and raised in Columbia and came to the United States in 1989 with his dream — to become a citizen of the United States of America.

Adrada has two daughters and two grandchildren that “he is very proud of.” He loves spending time with family when not working.
