US Weekly Cover Teen Mom

“Teen Mom” is over, but a Council Bluffs star of the MTV reality show is still apparently famous enough to be the target of a Twitter feed hijack.

Farrah Abraham told Omaha police last month that her ex-boyfriend, University of Nebraska at Omaha student Mohamed Salama, posted pornography to her Twitter feed.

Abraham, 21, became known as a reality TV star on MTV's “16 and Pregnant” and its spinoff “Teen Mom.”

Abraham alleged to police and in court documents that Salama threatened her and hacked into her Twitter and email accounts after a Dec. 17 argument.

“I'm a reality (star) on MTV networks and this is hurting my brand and his actions are defamation of character,” Abraham wrote in a request for a protection order.

Salama has not been charged with a crime.

Neither Abraham nor Salama appeared at a hearing Tuesday on the protection order, so Douglas County District Judge Greg Schatz denied the request.

Salama said Wednesday that he never physically threatened Abraham, nor did he hack into her twitter account. He said that she left her twitter account open on his computer and he posted a "naughty photo" that he later deleted.

He said the two have not reconciled and no longer have any contact.

"I just need to focus on my life and school right now," Salama said.

The 20-year-old UNO senior had played soccer for UNO, but no longer is on the team. He said he hopes to open a business soon and possibly play soccer for another team.

Abraham addressed the alleged incident via Twitter on Dec. 19.

“Hey Everyone! Hacker Control is happening, sad when people act out in disgusting ways but that is life and I'm better then that! Thanks fans,” she wrote.

She apparently deleted the offending tweets.

“Teen Mom'' chronicled Abraham's life as she raised Sophia, now 3. Sophia's father, Derek Underwood, died in a car accident two months before the child was born.

Abraham, a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, has been on the cover of celebrity magazines such as Us Weekly.

She's also the author of two books, “My Teenage Dream Ended'' and “Passy Perfume.''
