Ambrosia and Jubilee are named after the orchards they were found near. They are 3 months old and will be ready for adoption very soon. In addition to being photogenic, they are playful, sweet free spirits.
Caramel has been in foster care for over a year. He spent the entire year before that living on the street because his “family” abandoned him and left the area. He doesn’t trust many people because of this trauma, so he needs a home without young kids where the adults are patient and gentle. He doesn’t mind other animals. He’d be great in a small home where there are fewer places to hide. He’s about 3 years old.
SOLAS needs more foster homes. If you love cats and want to help, read about our foster program on our website, solaspetadoption.org. This litter of kittens came all the way from Beatrice, Nebraska. There wasn’t help available locally, so we stepped in and took them in. Most stray kittens and cats need medicine when they arrive. They have colds, eye infections, worms and sometimes even more severe diseases. They need love and medical attention, and you can provide that at our cost.
We can help more cats if we have more people willing to foster. We hate turning away cats in need, but it happens very often because we simply don’t have enough homes.
To help, read about our program and then contact us to set up a home visit. Kittens and adult cats just like these are waiting!
