NEOLA — Dan Kenealy pitched a two-hitter as No. 9-ranked Tri-Center defeated West Harrison 10-0 in five innings in Class 1-A district baseball Thursday.

The triumph was the fourth straight shutout produced by the Trojans and the fifth shutout in their last seven games. Tri-Center, which started the season with a nine-game winning streak, is on a second nine-game winning streak.

Kenealy struck out seven and walked only two.

He helped his own cause with a solo home run. Trevor Carlson tripled for the Trojans, and Jackson Nelson, Pete Turner and Bryson Freeberg added doubles.

Tri-Center will host Ar-We-Va (12-7), an 11-8 winner over Westwood in the other second-round game, in the district championship game Saturday at 7 p.m.
